All prices include electricity, heating, bed linen and hand towels in the bathrooms. We do not provide bath towels.

We also require a surety deposit of £100 refundable if there is no damage to contents or property.

Bookings made within 8 weeks prior to your arrival require immediate and full payment of the holiday cost.

All short breaks and late availability holidays are payable in full with your booking.

Deposits are non refundable if cancellation is within 8 weeks of the date of booking

Bookings taken at least 8 weeks prior to your proposed arrival date (subject to requested dates being available) require a minimum of 25% of the total holiday cost.

The balance and surety deposit payable one month prior to arrival.

Guests are required to vacate the property by 11am and the cottage is ready for letting after 4pm.
